OUR APPROACH<\/strong>
EDF Consulting approaches every client\u2019s business as if it were our own. We put ourselves in our clients\u2019 shoes, align ourselves with their goals, and collaborate to unlock the full potential of their business. We believe in building deep and enjoyable relationships with our clients.In order to maximize the potential of success for prospective clients we need to provide advice in a way that applies to their way of doing business. This allows us to create rich relationships with our clients.Since leadership and well-being are deeply interconnected, our consulting practice incorporates wellness principles in our approach. Many companies struggle with organizational dysfunction including poor leadership, lack of teamwork and operational inefficiencies. Management tends to focus on decreased productivity and declining profits. Since these problems pertain to numbers and percentages, they are easier to recognize and measure.However, there are also soft issues which relate to workforce mindset and behavior. Since these problems are subjective, they are often ignored. Yet, neglecting to resolve them can lead to employees losing trust and becoming less engaged in their work. Eventually, bigger challenges may result in the form of chronic workplace stress, high employee turnover, hiring and training costs.
