EDF Consulting is a leadership & wellness consulting firm founded by Edna Dimataga-Fernandez. In 2013, we began our operations in Los Angeles focused on serving small business owners and non-profits. In 2024, we expanded our practice to serve clients in both Asia and North America. Many people think consultants are disruptive, but we have a different approach. Our Founder, Edna Dimataga-Fernandez, works closely with business owners and leadership teams to ensure our programs are implemented seamlessly into an organization’s culture. We believe that leadership and well-being are deeply interconnected. Leaders who prioritize their own health and well-being are more likely to promote a healthy and productive work environment. This boosts employee morale and engagement which increases productivity for their unit, team or organization. Our educational arm, The Wellness Institute of Holistic Leadership, focuses on leadership + the 6 areas of wellness: physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual and financial wellness.
