As the Founder of EDF Consulting,  Edna Dimataga-Fernandez has led the firm from the begiinning and transformed it to what it is today, She is known to be one of the most passionate and hardworking people in the industry. Her desire to succeed fueled her strong work ethic. As an undergraduae at UCLA in the 1990’s, she had a boss who instilled in her the importance of working hard and giving her best effort in every task.

She holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA (1994) and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management (2002). She recently earned her Holistic Health certitification from the Holistic Arts Institute. She prides herself in developing strong leaders and high-performance teams over the last 2 decades. She received her Leadership In Life Insitute certification in 2010.

Throughout her career, she has enjoyed significant success in leadership, operations, management, business development & marketing. Her dynamic public speaking and presentation skiils have been instrumental in making a positive impact on fellow leaders and gaining consensus with centers of influence.Her vast experience working and consulting in different capacities has made her a well-rounded leader.

Prior to staring her consulting firm, she worked for Fortune 500 comapnies as well as privately-owned businesses holding a variety of roles in management, sales, marketing, business develpment and administration. Some of her past employers include Aetna, Manulife Financial, Ameritas and Keller Insurance Brokers.

Her real-world experience has equipped her with a wide range of abilities. She brings this versatility to various projects across multiple industries.
